Mindfulness is a type of meditation based on cultivating awareness and relating it to the present moment without judgement. The practice of witnessing empowers us to change unwanted thought, emotional, or behavioral patterns in a non-threatening, objective way.

I offer an alternative to the “Drop-In Yoga Studio” experience. My back to basics style emphasizes mindfulness practices and Vinyasa Flow fundamentals.
